Join our team as a Logistics Technician! Reporting to the Sample Receiving Supervisor, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving samples, as well as managing associated data.


Your responsibilities :

  • Create the necessary documents for the shipment of materials and ensure the compliance of our shipments;

  • Prepare internal sample shipments according to established procedures;

  • Receive incoming samples while verifying their physical integrity;

  • Enter all sample information into our computer system and record analysis requests;

  • Communicate effectively with carriers and customer experience consultants, and ensure regular follow-up;

  • Share your knowledge with your teammates to promote continuous learning within the team;

  • Respect, participate in and contribute to the maintenance of health and safety rules in effect in the laboratory, as well as those specific to your position;

Job requirements

Requirements :

  • DEC or AEC in logistics or other related training;

  • Ability to work in a standing position and lift up to 25 lbs;

  • Fluency in French;

  • Experience in a similar position (asset);

  • Familiarity with LIMS software;

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Adaptability and flexibility;
